Cost & Estimates

How much does pressure washing cost in Carol Stream?

Typical 2026 prices for Carol Stream homes:

  • House washing: $150 – $400 (one-story to large two-story)
  • Driveway & concrete: $80 – $200 (standard two-car)
  • Deck & fence: $100 – $300 (depends on size)

Why are some pressure washing companies way cheaper?

The cheapest quotes you'll see ($50–$80 to wash a whole house) usually come from unlicensed crews using rented equipment, no insurance, and aggressive pressure that damages siding. When something goes wrong, you have no recourse. We're priced for what professional, insured work actually costs — and we stand behind every job.

Do you charge for quotes?

No. Quotes are always free, with no obligation. We can usually price standard jobs over the phone in a few minutes. For larger or complex jobs we may come on-site for a free in-person estimate.

Do you require a deposit?

No deposit. We invoice after the work is done and you're satisfied with the results. Payment by card, check, or Zelle.

Methods & Safety

How We Do It

What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?

Pressure washing uses high-pressure water (~3000 PSI) for hard surfaces — concrete, brick, stone. Soft washing uses much lower pressure (~100 PSI) combined with biodegradable cleaning solutions for delicate surfaces like vinyl siding, wood, painted trim, and roofs. Using straight pressure washing on house siding can force water behind panels, strip paint, and damage caulking. Soft washing is safer and actually more effective at killing the mold and algae that cause the dirty look in the first place.

Will pressure washing damage my siding?

Not the way we do it. We use soft-wash methods on all home exteriors — vinyl, aluminum, wood, brick, stucco. The right pressure plus the right solution cleans without damage. We carry a no-damage guarantee on every job.

What about my plants and grass?

We pre-soak landscaping near the work area with clean water before we start, then post-rinse everything when we're done. Our cleaning solutions are biodegradable. We've never lost a customer's plant.

Is it safe for my pets and kids?

Yes. We use eco-friendly, biodegradable solutions. We do ask that pets and small kids stay inside during the cleaning so we're not stepping around them with hoses, and we recommend waiting 30 minutes after we finish before letting pets back outside so the lawn fully dries.

Scheduling & Service

Booking, Timing & Weather

How fast can you come?

Same-week scheduling is usually available in Carol Stream and DuPage County, especially on weekdays. Spring is our busiest season, so book 1–2 weeks ahead in April and May for the best appointment times.

Do I need to be home?

No. We just need access to the area being cleaned and an outdoor water spigot. Many customers schedule us during the workday. We can send before-and-after photos on request.

What if it rains the day of my appointment?

Light rain is fine — we can work through it on most jobs. Heavy rain or thunderstorms, we reschedule (free of charge, no questions asked). We'll always check in with you the morning of if the weather looks questionable.

How long does pressure washing take?

House washing: 2–4 hours. Driveway: 1–2 hours. Deck or fence: 1–3 hours depending on size. Gutter cleaning: 60–90 minutes. We'll give you an accurate time estimate when you book.

What time of year is best for pressure washing in Illinois?

Spring (April–June) is ideal for house washing and driveway cleaning — removes the gunk that built up over winter and gets your home ready for outdoor entertaining season. Fall (October–November) is the right time for gutter cleaning before leaves and freezing set in. We work year-round when temperatures stay above 40°F.
